Cagri Mercan Bozok

Cagri is a Berlin-based design leader and the Head of UX at N26, where she directs a team of 12 designers and managers to shape the future of digital banking. She oversees critical, high-stakes product domains including Acquisition, Customer Risk Lifecycle, and Conversational Banking. Prior to N26, she spent over a decade leading UX initiatives for Garanti BBVA and the aviation giant TAV Technology.

Having transitioned from tangible product design to complex digital ecosystems, Cagri brings a grounded, systems-thinking approach to software. Rather than just shipping features, her leadership philosophy centers on cultivating talent and building cross-functional teams capable of solving deeply complex problems.

An award-winning designer and two-time jury member for the UX Awards, Cagri is a strong advocate for the idea that highly regulated environments do not have to mean boring design. She specializes in balancing strict compliance constraints with seamless, human-centric user experiences.
