Justyna Basiaga

As a Design Manager at Motorola Solutions, Justyna leads a team of product and visual designers focused on shaping mission-critical experiences for the public safety sector in the US and UK. Her team designs products that operate at the intersection of complex technology and high-stakes environments, where users - emergency call takers and dispatchers - rely on seamless, robust, and lightning-fast interfaces. Her work spans an integrated ecosystem of communications and software, bridging fragmented technical constraints to ensure that users experience one coherent, highly reliable system when seconds matter most.

Alongside this, Justyna has a deep interest in understanding human behavior in extreme conditions. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University. In her free time, she enjoys her second shift as a DJ.
